How to shutdown Your Friends  Computer Using Cmd
Step 1:  Go to Start And Enter Run Dialog Box Then Type"cmd"
Step 2:  Open cmd Then Type a Shutdown -I
Step 3:  Open a Sutdown a Dialog Box Then Type Ip Adress and select  Restart And Shudown, logoff What Ever You want selesct Option And Press Okk...
